General objectives

The high-quality biotechnology bachelor’s program is gradually built up close to the training quality of other advanced universities in the world. After completing the study program, students have professional ethics, solid professional qualifications, proficient practical skills, scientific research ability, high creative capacity, apply scientific research results into practice, analyze and solve practical problems, compete, be confident in communication, and use foreign languages proficiently. The Bachelor of Biotechnology has the ability to apply professional knowledge, practical skills and methodology to research, management and production organization.

Job opportunities after graduation

Learners after graduation can work in the following employment positions:

  • Job position 1: Technicians, specialists, management staff working in professional agencies, management agencies related to Biology and Biotechnology of ministries, sectors, or localities;
  • Position 2: In charge of engineering, testing, product quality management (QC or QA) at production units in the fields of Agriculture, Forestry, Medicine – Pharmacy, Food Technology, Environmental Technology…;
  • Position 3: Researchers in the fields of Biology, Experimental Biology and Biotechnology in enterprises, research institutes, research centers and agencies of ministries, branches, universities and colleges;
  • Job position 4: Teaching assistants, lecturers involved in teaching biology (some experimental biology subjects) and Biotechnology in Universities, Colleges, Professional Secondary Schools…
  • Job position 5: Establishing or participating in the management and administration of farms, enterprises producing and trading biotechnology products;
  • Job position 6: Sales staff, consultants at commercial and service units in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fisheries, medicine and pharmacy…
