[ANNOUNCEMENT] LIST OF STUDENTS WHICH ARE REFUNDED FEES BECAUSE OF DISCOUNTS OF KEY COURSES IN SESSION 1 OF SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023 (Tentative)

The SAS announces the list of students whose tuition fees are refunded due to the exemption or reduction of main subjects in the first semester of the academic year 2022-2023 (Tentative list) as follows:
Students who are exempted from subject reduction in the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023 are not on this list. The Department of Telecommunication will update the list and announce it in the next tuition refund review.

Deadline for receiving additional updates is March 12, 2023. The SAS will examine additional cases and notify the test results from March 15 to March 17, 2023 (notification via email).
FEES REFUND PROCEDURES:
Students whose names are on the list, please update your information ID number or citizen identification number and bank account number of the student who is the account holder (1 out of 3 banks: Nam A, Dong A or Agribank) for the University to carry out the procedure for transferring tuition fees to be refunded. Some note:
– Students, please update your information on time and accurately so that the school can perform the transfer procedure quickly. -Students please update the account number of the Bank because you are the account holder (the Bank does not make a transfer when the name of the account holder and the recipient’s name are different). The case of providing wrong information will affect the time to receive the refund of all remaining students (the school must carry out the payment procedure from the beginning).
