Students visit PetroVietnam Maintenance and Repair Joint Stock Company (PVMR)

On the morning of Wednesday, August 31, 2022 and Wednesday afternoon, August 31, 2022, the Faculty of Special Education of Ho Chi Minh City Open University coordinated with the Oil Works Maintenance and Repair Corporation. gas, JSC (PVMR) organized a training session for the students of the high-quality program. The meeting was attended by Mr. Huynh Ngoc Dung – ISO System Manager of the company, Ms. Phuong – Deputy Board of Finance and Accounting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh – Lecturer of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing and students of the Faculty of Special Training in Audit Accounting.

To start the training session, Mr. Dung on behalf of the Corporation sent greetings to the students. Mr. Dung introduced about the Corporation, about the scale, field of operation, history of formation, operation apparatus of the company… He also introduced about the company’s recruitment process, job opportunities as well as the rights and obligations of employees and interns when working at the company.

Next, Ms. Phuong – Deputy Head of Finance and Accounting Department shared about the accounting process at the Corporation. She shared practical knowledge to help students understand what difficulties and challenges accounting work in practice faces. These are practical matters that are seldom mentioned in books. The students were very interested in this useful knowledge, so questions were posed to Ms. Phuong and enthusiastically answered by her.
