The SAS announces to receive applications for transfer of majors, faculty, and majors from March 6, 2023 to March 17, 2023

Students have wishes to change majors, change faculties, please download the attached application form, fill in all relevant information, and sign. Students send an application to the Office of the Department of Internal Medicine (P.007) within the time specified above.

*Note: Students of Class 2022 must have enough accumulated credits to reach the level of first-year students or complete the first-year to be eligible to transfer. Therefore, students contact the Department of Academic Management, P.005, 97 Vo Van Tan, District 3 to check the conditions.
