UPDATE NOTICE OF OFFICIAL INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION COURSE 2018 AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUPPLY REPORT OF INTERNATIONAL – SESSION 1 SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022

The SAS announces the information related to the graduation internship of the Class of 2018 in Business Administration, Finance – Banking, Accounting (Accounting major) and English as follows:

1/ UPDATE OFFICIAL INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION:

Compulsory students who have registered for the Graduation Internship in the first semester of the academic year 2021-2022 to update their information. TERM: UP TO DAY 16/01/2022.

This information is used to check student information with the internship unit and store internship information for the 2018 class.

2/ SUBSCRIPTION REPORT

Major in Business Administration, Accounting (Accounting), Finance – Banking, English Language

STUDENTS SUPPLY IN 2 WAYS:

Option 1: Submit directly at the Department of Internal Medicine’s office every Tuesday to Friday (Room 007, campus 97 Vo Van Tan, District 3. Morning: from 9:00 to 11:00; Afternoon from 14:00 to 16:00). The Faculty starts receiving internship reports from January 18, 2022 to February 9, 2022 (note: the faculty office is temporarily closed to receive students and closes for the Lunar New Year from January 25, 2022 to February 7, 2022. ). You can send it to a friend or relative to pay instead.

Option 2: Students submit their papers by post to the address of the Office of the Faculty of Special Training, Room 007, campus 97 Vo Van Tan, District 3, HCMC).

3/ REGISTER TO IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COURSE

The students who are eligible to conduct the thesis and wish to do the thesis, you should send the Application Form to do the graduation thesis according to the form and send it to the faculty office. Application deadline: February 9, 2022.

Students who register for the graduation thesis, while waiting for the announcement of the review results, students still register online for alternative subjects according to the announced semester 2 plan. When the review results are available, the school and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering will carry out the procedure to cancel the registration of alternative graduation subjects and register for the graduation thesis subject for students.

4/ LEARN ALTERNATIVE SUBJECTS FOR GRADUATION

Students studying alternative courses for graduation follow the notice of the second semester schedule for the academic year 2021-2022 and register for online courses according to the notice time.
